Features interpersonal interactions in the «Teachers of teachers»

The article presents the results of theoretical research category interpersonal interaction where interpersonal communication is a key aspect of this interaction. Considered subjective sub’yektprofessional
relationship in terms of activity personal approach to the analysis of the natural connections and contradictions. Studied and analyzed scientific approaches to the analysis of the concepts of «interpersonal
interaction» and interpersonal communication іn the «teacher-teacher» and «teacher-student». Emphasized that a meaningful component of interpersonal interaction of teachers is an aspect of communication, which makes it possible to perceive the interaction partner, understand and establish relationship with him. Also important are psychological methods of influence, including the suggestion, imitation and belief that change interlocutor and his emotional sphere. Marked role models and beliefs that shape and adjust behavior, manners, actions, deeds partner interaction. Found that in terms of classroom interaction in groups changing nature of academic work, he assumes the character interaction and joint becomes qualitatively new characteristics. Noted that with the help of business communication teacher creates opportunities to identify his or her identity, and sells himselfas a person and their needs. On the one hand teachers identify
themselves with a partner, delving into the essence of the problem, and on the other are more attentive
to himself and others. Business communication allows constructive professional dialogue and provides
an opportunity to think about all the problems arising in the course of business. Highlight and described
the mechanisms of interpersonal interaction, including: identification, reflection, empathy and their role
in this interaction. Proved that interpersonal communication makes it possible to realize the needs,
interests and goals of partner interaction. The analysis of one of the mechanisms of human perception of human empathy is a key process of interpersonal interaction. Empathy enables deep understanding of the human condition, to identify himself with the interlocutor, affect relationships between people. Noted that empathy is seen as a central component of communicative competence. Presented as the structure of communicative competence, which includes three components: cognitive, behavioral and empatiynyy where
empatiynomu component is due to emotional identification. Empatiyne communication facilitates business interaction that has subject- subjective character.  It is recognized that the first reaction to the statements of the other man is his assessment or judgment, but not understanding what words mean to another person who listens. Personality feels the need to get an assessment of the partner if a man does not understand if it is not detected due attention, work out the mechanism so-called «psychological defense». The mechanism of «psychological defense» occurs on a negative assessment of the partners.
