Abstract

Ethno psychological features Ukrainians. The relevance of this topic is very high in our country. Firstly, in the public dimension: were contemporary manifestations of ethnic identity, when the fore the problem of national unity, consolidation of society in terms of military operations in the east of the country, the annexation of the territory of a neighboring country, a split society of polar indicators - such as the willingness of the population of a region to be a part of the neighboring state and at the same time - a high level of patriotism and selfless struggle for the territorial integrity and independence on the other. Secondly, in terms of government processes: multi-ethnicity of the population of Ukraine, length of cohabitation of representatives of different nationalities contributed not only to the formation of ethnic tolerance, and exacerbated the problem of regional cultural and historical diversity in geopolitical, ethno-cultural and religious orientations, which, moreover, it is imperative for personal development, because knowledge of the features of the national character, become the basis of his own position, free from the influence of propaganda and manipulation.
