Abstract

In terms of contemporary modernization of higher art education of particular relevance to the issues raising the professional competence of students of art profile. In the course of professional training students not only learn in practice innovative and effective teaching methods, development and education of students, but also realize the creative potential of the artist. This direction of professional training activates the creative thinking of the future teacher expanding range of professional functions as a carrier artistic culture and artistic values, enriching the artistic and aesthetic experience. Active implementation of creative ideas teacher-artist in various forms of fine art, demonstrating the results of his work has a great motivational influence on students, making it a role model, an authoritative representative of the artistic world view.
Artistic and creative competence of future teachers of art is now regarded as the ability to design original content and form of artistic creation as the ability to put on a high artistic level plan in modern techniques and materials and to realize their educational potential in professional educational activity. The article reveals the essence of artistic and creative competence of future teachers of fine arts, highlights ways its formation in the study of modern unconventional techniques and materials create an image. So consider appropriate in parallel with the study of traditional artistic disciplines (painting, drawing, composition, decorative arts, design and artistic design) inclusion in the educational process of students’ artistic profile innovative kinds of art techniques and materials that will embody the traditional bases of national art in modern creative works of art. Introduction of modern techniques allows students to achieve the highest level of professionalism forms the willingness to perform professional activities on the basis of creative thinking and diverse artistic skills. Artistic and creative competence is an essential component of professional readiness of students for future educational activities and its high level - a necessary condition for the development of the professional capacity of the artist-teacher.
