Modern model of training of future leaders of comprehensive educational institutions to assess the quality of educational activities
The article is devoted to practical guidelines which are nesessary for science and pedagogical teachers to realization model of training future leaders of secondary schools. The offered recommendations will be the basis for future reliable training of leaders of educational institutions to evaluate the quality of educational activities in institute in Ukraine. This article provides a detailed description of the basic forms and methods of professional training which help to implement the model in the teaching and learning process of the undergraduate students. The basic requirements which are necessary for the successful realization of the training model of undergraduate students "Management and Administration". We offer effective ways to implement the model training school leaders during training that have been experimentally tested and implemented in the training of undergraduate students "Management of the institution." General trends and specific need for training were grounded, which competence will apply to management institutions, organizations and enterprises in education and industrial training. There was a problem of inconsistencies real requirements of the state and employers to modern graduate student and quality process training. It is noted that the implementation of model preparation and consideration offered practical advice to help in some way to solve the problem that has arisen and future managers will concentrate on the practical implementation of their own professional potential. It was determined that it is on so much quality and competent scientific staff member will organize the training and the proper use of the proposed authoring model which will depend on the demand of the future head of a comprehensive educational institution in the modern labor market and skills specialist to use their new knowledge and skills in during his own profession.
