Abstract

The article presents a review of scientific literature on the subject of professional readiness of a subject to professional activity. The analysis of the concept of "professional readiness" of the subject for the activity is given and the main characteristics of the subject are outlined. The psychological analysis of the problem of professional readiness for professional activity is given. The basic approaches to the problem of professional activity in the scientific literature as: subject-activity, functional, social-functional, structural, etc. are presented. The professional readiness of the subject is considered in the context of qualification characteristics, the status of the individual, a number of knowledge of skills and the like, etc. The basic characteristics of the concept of professional readiness are singled out as: a set of psychological and psycho-physiological characteristics, the potential readiness of the subject to solve professional tasks, the ability to apply knowledge, skills, and skills in professional activities, etc. Professional readiness is manifested in: the interdependence of professional readiness and the psychological maturity of the individual, the identity of the skills and abilities of the subject to his professional ambitions, the ability to consciously choose the profession of ability to reflect their own disadvantages and see the prospects of their own development, the ability to achieve high results in their own activities. Professional readiness is connected with the education and upbringing of the subject, social and personal maturity, which is a condition for the achievement of professional competence. The article presents the concept of "readiness for professional activity" as a mental state of the individual, which implies knowledge of the expert of his professional goals, the ability to analyze and assess existing conditions, identify the most likely ways of activity, will and intellectual efforts, the ability to achieve results. It is established that the level of correspondence of physical qualities and psychophysiological features of a specialist should be taken into account in the vast majority of professions, and especially those that are associated with a risk to life. Professional readiness is based on the possession of knowledge and skills in the field of professional activity, the accumulation of initial professional experience. The concept of professional readiness of the subject for the activity as an aggregate of personal and psycho-physiological characteristics, forming the ability to perform professional activity in accordance with the set regulatory requirements, is given.
