The development and correction of the psychical activity regulation concerning children with the syndrome of attentiveness deficite and hyperactivity
This work is to describe an effective approach to the correction of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) syndrome determination for an analysis of arbitrary regulation of mental activity as a basic violation of this type of dizontogeneza. The processes of arbitrary regulation of mental activity in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and in the age of 7.5-11 years, namely, the peculiarities of the formation of arbitrary regulation of mental activity of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, were investigated in the work. Hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) syndrome is a common psychoneurological disorder that is part of the structure of the residual-organic syndrome (perinatal encephalopathy (PEP) or minimal major dysfunction (MMD) of the general diagnosis, which carries a violation of brain functions or structures of different origins, which occurs during the prenatal period. ADHD is one of the options for MDD, which determines the inappropriate situation of excessive activity, lack of attention, impulsivity in social behavior and intellectual activity, problems with the interactions with others, decompensated selfesteem, behavioral disorders, difficulties in school education, caused by decreased intelligence,
sometimes with motor inconvenience due to static-locomotor deficiency. The leading clinical manifestations of this pathology, according to ICD-10 and DSM-IV, are hyperactivity, negligence and impulsivity. To date, numerous neuromorphological, genetic, neurophysiological, biochemical and socio-psychological concepts are proposed to explain the pathogenesis of ADHD. As a result, features of arbitrary regulation of mental activity in children with attention deficit hypertensive syndrome were identified, and developed a program for the development of regulatory functions of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder syndrome. The analysis of literature has shown that a large number of researchers consider the term «arbitrary regulation» as a general concept under which there are a number of processes or components of control functions. Based on the analysis of these works, the following levels of arbitrary regulation of mental activity are allocated: the first level – activity (motility); the second level – the regulation of higher mental functions, the third level – the voluntary nature of emotional regulation.
