КОМПЕТЕНЦІЇ ЯК КРИТЕРІЇ ФОРМУВАННЯ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНО-УПРАВЛІНСЬКОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ СЛІДЧОГО

Abstract

The article is devoted to the definition of criteria for the formation of organizational and supervisory competence of the investigator, in particular its basic competencies. It is established that the generator of effective organizational and managerial activity of the investigator is his organizational and managerial competence, which on the one hand consists of a number of organizational and managerial competencies, and on the other – acts as a qualitative personal characteristic, which includes the ability and ability to self-organize and organize others. joint activities, influence the processes of this activity, make organizational and managerial decisions regarding pre-trial investigation. Empirically determined key competencies of the managerial competence of the investigator: purely organizational and managerial (ability to plan the disclosure and investigation of crimes, the ability to make optimal organizational and managerial decisions in the service and non-standard situations, the ability to plan and organize the work of a small team of performers, the skills of an organizational leader); communicative (the ability to express their own point of view in oral and written form, the ability to effectively organize the work of SOG) and socio-psychological (ability to manage their working time, ability to show initiative, ability to reflect). It is proved that the most important determinants of organizational and managerial competence of an investigator are ability to influence others, ability and ability to teach and educate people and a tendency to constant self-development and growth. It has been established that the competent paradigm of becoming a professional allows us to investigate personal and professional formation not only through the prism of professional-formative influence in the educational environment of higher education, but also as a form of self-education of a professional’s personality, and as a process of individual accompaniment (coach) on the path to the acmemodel of professionalism.
