Abstract

The article defines the principles of formation of professional self-improvement of future specialists of law-enforcement bodies in institutions of higher education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. It is noted that the updating of the training of law enforcement officers to professional activities is caused by many factors, in particular, the demands of the society by qualified specialists, who are freely oriented to the needs of the present, react to the challenges of time and are capable of their professional understanding and solution. In view of this, the defining characteristics of the employees of the internal affairs bodies of the new generation are the formation of an individual style of professional behavior of the law enforcement officer. It is proved that the educational environment of the institution of higher education plays the leading role in the preparation for professional activity. The qualitative components of the personality development in the educational system, the content of training, which is the main component of this process in the conditions of higher education institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
