Abstract

he paper considers the problem of application of the integrative approach in the formation of professional competencies of future labour protection specialists. Integrative processes are the objective basis of interconnection of educational disciplines. To solve the problem of unification of separate knowledge about objects of the subject branch is possible by the way of an integrative approach, which can’t limit by the level of interdisciplinary connections, but requires using of higher levels and appropriate types, forms and models of the integration of knowledge. Its implementation levels acquire the important meaning in the integration structure, that characterize the degree of the change of integrative content.

Actual issues of the implementation of the interdisciplinary integration at the formation of professional competencies of future labour protection specialists are analyzed.

It covers the peculiarities of the formation of the professional competency of future labour protection specialists, types of professional competencies are outlined.

The paper defines that one of the most important problems of modern education is decreasing in activity and interest of young people in learning. It considers the ways of solution to the problem as for the implementation of the interdisciplinary integration of labour protection and educational disciplines. It allows to optimize the content of teaching, at the expense of which the acquiring of theoretical and practical knowledge takes place by students, abilities and skills, learning of differentand cognitive strategies of professional and social interaction, increase of experience of professional - mobile behavior of a future specialist.

The problems of development of competencies of future labour protection specialists are researched. The paper defines a number of pedagogical conditions which promote the development of professional skills of a future specialist. The system of demand has to be realized in specially built systems of professional traininq, that provide the integrated impact on formation and development of leading professional competencies.
