Abstract

The article covers organizational and methodical principles of training of future teachers, high school teachers to work with persons with peculiarities of psychophysical development in the inclusive educational environment of institutions of higher education. The components of organizational culture of future educators of inclusive education are analyzed. The basic competences of the future teacher of higher education, formed in the process of studying the disciplines of psychological and pedagogical preparation, for working with people with special educational needs are determined.

Improving the quality of training future specialists requires updating their educational and cognitive activities, encouraging the maximum full disclosure and implementation of internal capacity in the profession. The updating of the pedagogical process in a higher educational institution through the use of teaching methods contributes to the positive attitude of the applicants of higher education to the future profession, the identification of activity in the acquisition of professional knowledge and skills, the formation of an active position regarding professional self- improvement and self-development throughout life.

It has been determined that the introduction of special disciplines in all specialties related to the implementation of the inclusive model of education, namely: university pedagogy, special pedagogy and psychology, inclusive pedagogy, methods of teaching and education of persons with special needs, etc., will allow the future university teacher to adapt to work in an inclusive educational environment, effectively and efficiently carry out professional activities.

The use of innovative teaching technologies including active social and psychological teaching can expand self-awareness, change the nature of needs, influence the choice of values, form a relation to social norms. This kind of teaching allows to level deformations of the person, to objectify uncontrollable instructions, which destructively affect the nature and content of communication, and opens the prospect of a revival of the plasticity of the psychological organization of the subject.
