The author analyzes the works of Western and domestic scholars, highlights their basic guidelines for the disclosure of the causes and nature of social conflict, and on this basis make his own conclusions. The emphasis is on the diversity of social contradictions, leading to conflict. The author focuses on the main structural elements of social conflict within philosophy. To achieve this goal should be solved the following tasks, namely: was the most common and specific in the social Sciences definition of social conflict; describes the main approaches to the consideration of social conflict. The author says that group conflict is a faceless character, and aggravates the outbreak of personal animosity, and conflict process, encountered difficult to stop. She explains that the conflict has a cumulative nature, i.e. every aggressive action leads to action. The concept of «conflict» explains from a philosophical point of view, which can be considered as an extreme aggravation of contradictions. The article also stated the objective and subjective causes of conflict, which are not always connected with reality and may arise because of the uncertainty, a feature of mood, character of a person in a certain time. The researcher is trying to prove that socio-philosophical analysis of conflict allows you to highlight those contradictions that cause its occurrence, to determine the border when the confrontation between the actors becomes energized, develops into a conflict. Given the dynamics of the growth of interest in issues of conflict in various spheres of life, refers to the fact that the government constantly demands new knowledge in this field. Now the conflict is included in programs of professional training of sociologists, managers, psychologists, social workers, a system of international certification of mediators. ER -
