Sukhomlynsky's partnership, namely: studying in a "school under a blue sky"; holding meetings of a scientific-pedagogical council or a psychological seminar devoted exclusively to a child; use of the method of stimulation to a new success as the disclosure of pupils' skills and abilities; pedagogical guide for self-education; raising children's emotional sensitivity, sensitivity to grief and suffering of other people; the position on the harmony of the individual and the collective interests; the idea of overcoming negative impacts on pupils and creating space for positive influences; the exclusion of coercion from the arsenal of modern pedagogical methods. The present forms of partnership interaction in the new Ukrainian school are determined (teachers 'and parents' views of the lessons of humanist educators, modelling of life situations and their self-analysis, interesting stories, frank conversation, dialogue communication, independent expert assessment, encouragement of creative successes, advance of pupils’ success, personal example, meetings with interesting people, common socially useful affairs, charity events, etc.). In the article it is formulated advices to teachers on the organization of dialogue communication between schoolchildren on a partnership basis, which are based on the study of the creative heritage of V. Sukhomlynsky. ER -
